Anyone who accesses the website becomes a user and undertakes to abide by and comply with the provisions herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provision.

The service provider accepts no liability for the information published on its website, whenever such information has been handled or added by a third party outside of its control.

All of the website’s content is duly protected by the intellectual and industrial property regulations and is registered in the corresponding public registries.
Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, reproduction, in whole or in part, use, exploitation, distribution and commercial use thereof requires, in any case, prior written authorisation from Cermondo. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit, shall apply to any disputes or questions related to this website or the activities performed on it. The courts and tribunals of Castellón de la Plana shall have jurisdiction to settle all disputes that arise from or are related to its use.
